چکیده
Food security and climate change are multidimensional issues. Therefore, a lack of knowledge about the most essential variables made these concepts more complex for decision-making highlighted need credible decision support methods. Here, we aim to develop an accurate tool by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method explore priority indicator food under in Iran social network analysis (SNA) decisions. The following steps were conducted AHP approach: literature review, Likert questionnaire experts’ interviews variable selection variables’ weight determination prioritization pairwise comparison questionnaire, designed based on matrix criteria sub-criteria change. SNA was employed understand robustness informants’ points view selection. After analysis, 61 extracted. Sustainability important criterion, weighted 0.248. (indicators): groundwater sources, household income, underweight adolescent ratio, wastage annual average precipitation, 0.095, 0.091, 0.125, 0.227 0.236, respectively. showed that professionals with academic origins focused sustainability component. is technique distinguish criteria. results might be estimate or predict simplify making Iran.

متن کاملPrioritizing climate change adaptation needs for food security in 2030.
Investments aimed at improving agricultural adaptation to climate change inevitably favor some crops and regions over others. An analysis of climate risks for crops in 12 food-insecure regions was conducted to identify adaptation priorities, based on statistical crop models and climate projections for 2030 from 20 general circulation models. Results indicate South Asia and Southern Africa as tw...

The statistical modeling of social network data needs much effort because of the complex dependence structure of the tie variables. In order to formulate such dependences, the statistical exponential families of distributions can provide a flexible structure. In this regard, the statistical characteristics of the network is provided to be encapsulated within an Exponential Random Graph Model (...
متن کاملClimate change and food security.
Dynamic interactions between and within the biogeophysical and human environments lead to the production, processing, distribution, preparation and consumption of food, resulting in food systems that underpin food security. Food systems encompass food availability (production, distribution and exchange), food access (affordability, allocation and preference) and food utilization (nutritional an...

Modern social network analysis—the analysis of relational data arising from social systems—is a computationally intensive area of research. Here, we provide an overview of a software package which provides support for a range of network analytic functionality within the R statistical computing environment. General categories of currently supported functionality are described, and brief examples...
